RHG strives to achieve sustainability in order to positively affect the lives of those around us and to ensure that we contribute to the communities in which we operate hotels.

RHG is committed to protecting our guests and employees and providing and promoting a culture of diversity to supporting the local communities in which we manage hotels.

RHG considers that being a good corporate citizen by contributing in a positive and ethical manner to the well being of our workforce, their families and the local communities in which we operate is our responsibility and in keeping with our values. We do this in a number of ways including:

• encouraging our business units to carefully consider the business' impact on the environment through our Environmental Sustainability Program;
• ensuring safe work practices that positions us as a leader in safe workplaces in our industry;
• implementing business practices that are led by our values and thereby always ethical and responsible; and
• endorsing and supporting our businesses being involved in helping the local communities in which they operate.
