Pre-opening

During the pre-opening phase, RHG provides dedicated specialists in the areas of project management, design, operations, sales and marketing, recruitment and training, procurement and technology. These support service specialists ensure that each new hotel’s operations are properly planned and the hotel is well constructed in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with an agreed design that conforms to RHG brand standards.

Besides equipping and furnishing the hotel, service concepts will be defined to suit the market place before the opening date. Other services would include but not limited to the following:

  • Preparation of pre-opening budget.
  • Appointment of General Manager and other hotel staffing as well as the provision of training.
  • Application for and procurement of licences and permits for hotel operations and related facilities.
  • Marketing of retail space and subsequent negotiation and execution of leases, licences and concession agreements for the hotel.
  • Procurement and purchase of all initial hotel operating inventories.
  • Selection and engagement of uniform designer.
