- Continually improving service levels through training, development and guest satisfaction benchmarking
- Optimising performance thorough implementation of operating standards and procedures, brand marketing and training programs, financial systems and stringent product standards
- Monitoring performance through regular reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly and the development of the annual business plan
- Providing expert guidance in hotel products and services – restaurants and bars, equipment maintenance and replacement, guest amenities, purchasing, energy management, insurances and so on.
