Setting a unique new benchmark for the business accommodation sector, this next stage of RHG's branding strategy signifies its commitment to providing guests with great value, stellar services and products.
Value Promise is designed to meet the growing demands of corporate travellers as part of RHG's focus on making the Rendezvous and The Marque Hotel brands business hotels of choice.
Available free-of-charge, Value Promise is a standard service offered to all guests at Rendezvous and The Marque Hotels and includes:
- Three hours of daily free Internet access
- Free local telephone calls and low cost international phone calls
- Reduced mini-bar item prices that are comparable to convenience store prices
- Competitive dry cleaning and laundry prices, in line with local dry cleaners rates
- No surcharge for the use of credit cards anywhere in the hotel as well as no weekend or public holiday surcharge in hotel restaurants and bars or room service
